Packaged Service Offerings

Artemis Alliance offers a variety of packaged service offerings. When our customers need more than our Education Support, but not a full Project Consulting engagement, Artemis offers a variety of Packaged-Service Offerings. These offerings can range from strategic, detailed project planning to reserving a resource for a certain number of hours to provide high-level mentoring, support, and/or guidance.

One of our packaged offerings is a Technology Assessment/Planning Engagement. In this offering, we evaluate the most effective way to apply the capabilities of Business Rules technology to support our customers’ business strategies. The core concepts are focused on outlining an approach and planning for implementation to meet prioritized objectives.

Artemis also offers services as Retained Expertise. Clients retain our resources for long-term advice and strategic planning in the areas of Business Rule Management, enterprise architecture, and software engineering process improvement.
