Artemis Alliance is dedicated to meeting the specific needs of each customer. While we have multiple services offerings, the basis of our engagement approach is making our customers self-sufficient by providing mentoring throughout the project to ensure the organization develops the internal knowledge necessary to maintain the system(s) effectively going forward.

Our Service offerings include:

Project Consulting: Project audits, architecture evaluations, process evaluations, product selections, project leadership, staff augmentation, and similar engagements to tackle our clients’ most difficult problems and/or work through project completion. We share responsibility and accountability for project success.

Packaged Solution Offerings: High-level mentoring, support, and guidance provided on an “as needed” basis for strategic, detailed project planning for a specific phase of a complex application development effort. When Education Support is not enough and Project Consulting is too much.

Education Support: Educate, support, and mentor on specific problem(s) or skill(s) needed for customer to achieve self-sufficiency. Education support is offered in a general classroom-type setting or as project-specific work.
